  2. New parcels are eligible for a maximum refund of £100.
  3. Parcels may be disposed of if any dutiable items are packed without our permission.
  4. If the parcel is not received at the destination and no enquiry is made within 2 weeks, it will be disposed of without notice.
  5. Door delivery by ship is normally delivered within 10 to 14 weeks, but may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or poor weather conditions.
  6. Before signing the delivery receipt, please check your parcel’s weight and contract. Once signed, United Cargo Shipping Service is not responsible for any issues or claims.
